Good evening ladies and gents, i hope this finds you safe and well.
These are my plants and they are half way through week 1 flower. Sorry about the quality of the pictures, i cant get the colour to change.
This is my 2nd attempt my first was not great but i got enough to keep me going till now to help with my pain, so thank goodness for small mercies.
This time they look a lot sturdier and i have managed to stop them stretching to much with them being sativas.
Question one-Till now ive had my lights on at only 400 watts , how long do i wait before i knock them up to 600?
Question 2- I am growing in a IWS system in 60/40 Gold label soil, and feeding them shogun nutrients, i have them on 2 fifteen minutes a day feed, one a hour after lights come on, 1 a hour before they go off. I can only feed at 15 mins at a time as that is all the clock on the brain has. Am i doing right of wrong ?
Question 3-Also i foliated a bit in week 4 of veg, but not sure when you give them a second foliar and clean some leaves off so they get more light, i dont want to stress them too much so ive done my best to bend the top leaves over giving the bud sites more light. So when do i strip them down again before the end of the grow
Question 4-They look good to me, but im only a Newb, and may of missed something, some deficiancy etc which i am not qualified enough to notice yet. I just look at the crop and if any top leaves cover the tops i bend them so they get as much light as possible, so at the first week of flower do they look Ok to you professional growers out there or would you say for a 2nd grow they are doing ok.
Please put me right of my wrongs, one day i want to be as good as you ladies and lads, but i realise by time that happens i will be too old and decrepit to do it then lol. It pains me so much now so i want as much as i can to use as pain relief. But please dont be to hard on me, as ive had a lot of health issues over the past 4 months.

Oh the temps are ok, a little cold in the dark 14-16 degrees, but in the light 22-24 degrees. Oh my EC reads 1.3 , and ph 6.1-6,2 and humidity is down to 40 now.
