Are these preflowers?

plant is about a month since germinating. I have a bunch of these leaf sets that have popped up from pistils. Is this telling me the plant is ready for flowering? Im only 2 weeks in from the official start of vegging and the plant is only about 5" high (topped it using Uncle Bens method and have been having heat & PH problems that have since been fixed) I was hoping to veg it for a couple more weeks to see if it would recover any but these little guys are popping up everywhere and I am seeing more and more pistils. The plant is already overcrowding itself and im not sure what to do from here.





On another note speaking of pistils I am noticing this on some branches. I am seeing pistils pop up at the base of new branches like they should and also another set growing under the leafs that sprouted from the pistils.. Is this normal? (still kinda a noob but learning lol) You can clearly see the pistils at the base of the stem here but if you look closely you can see them underneath the leafs as well.

Only thing these pictures show is new growth, not seeing any preflowers in the pics. Even if they do have preflowers, you can veg as long as you want.

If you can see these, i cant, you can still wait a week or so before you change light times, I do and it does not harm. But if the pistols are there it is just about time.

Is this where the buds will grow from? My plan is to grow them about 3 - 4' so I was thinking of vegging them for 2 months and wasnt sure if that would be to long. Thanks for clearing it up
