Are they ready?

Hey guys, I'm growing 6 variety outdoor plants that started flowering late jan-early march and one late bloomer that just finished stretching. 4 of them kind off look ready but no matter how much I research, i just cant tell if they are ready, inexperience is a bitch. plant 1 and 2 have 60% yellowing fan leaves and started flowering late feb (7 weeks ago). while plant 3 and 4 have 20% yellowing leaves and started flowering late jan-early feb (11 weeks ago). Apologies for the spacing, i didnt realize how large they can grow in 4 months. posted in the wrong section b4.

They don't look ready to me. A few really not ready. But I would let them go more. I'm not familiar with outdoor or your weather etc.
