My avatar is my second attempt to grow in waterfarms. The first was nothing but a mess of death.
After alot of reading I added an airstone to each bucket and kept the water level just above the bottom of the inner bucket and voiala! Success!
My nutes are House and Garden Aqua flakes A & B, Algen Extract, RHIZOTONIC by Canna, and Superthrive. The algen extrct is a House and Garden product but its not on their website. I got it at my local hydro store and it really brought in the dark green color and made the plants really bush.
This combo is working very well and I think the airstones and waterlevel change made the difference. I add RO water with a PH of 5.9 and it stays rock solid. What do you think? It seems that DWC is the easiest way to go....
