When you get to this point, don't evaluate them each day for cutting. Take a good hard look at them and either decide it's time, or wait another full week...then, a week later, take another good hard look and be as OBJECTIVE as possible and do it again. Pretend these are someone elses plants. They are getting closer, but look at the pistils, still plenty of white pistils and the brown ones haven't even begun to recede. Don't get hung up on the trichomes. If the breeder says it's an 8-9 week strain, you can bet it'll take 10 weeks, MINIMUM. Good luck! Give them time and those buds will produce some awesome smoke!

i agree with darkoh69, if they were mine i would chop them, but others would say wait another week or more. also it depends on what type of high your looking for. energetic or couchlock. if its energetic your looking for, chop them now. if its couchlock your looking for, give them another week or two

You just love chopping early. One week isn't going to change your high. That's like saying you can tell the difference between flushed weed and non-flushed. :roll:

thats not entirely true, theres a point at which a plant changes to that cloudy colour everyones looking for, so theres a week when theres little colour change to a week when it starts to go cloudy.
im only offering a sugestion. im not telling the grower what to do

So it only takes a week to go from clear to cloudy? Good to know. I'll mark that in my notes. TY.
