Arizona court denies attempt to temporarily block medical-marijuana law

That was a few days ago. Now its been sent to the Appelate court just as Montgomery wanted.

Sit tight and don't spend too much money. Good chance Montgomery will get the appeals court to overturn the ruling if its all Republicans
 
Get to know the scumbag who was hired by your tax dollars and to represent the state. I guarantee this guy makes minimum 200k. This is what az spends your tax dollars on while cutting things like k-12 education, snap eligibility for low income parents etc.
Tom Liddy served as the Deputy Counsel of the Republican National Committee from 1995-1998. He has served as a delegate to the Republican Convention and as Co-Chairman to the Committee on Rules in 2004 in New York, NY. Bolton defending Arizona's controversial S.B. 1070 in Friendly House v. Whiting, representing Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Mr. Liddy, and co-counsel Tim Casey, defended Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in the three-week racial profiling trial, Melendres v. Arpaio, in the United States District Court for Arizona in the summer of 2012.Tom Liddy married Stacy Gretkowski of Bethesda, Maryland. They have four children and reside in Chandler, Arizona.

You obviously did not read the article this was a judgement from the three judge appellate panel on the request for a temporary stay while the appeal is heard. It was denied by the appellate court this is not a judgement on the appeal but just on a preliminary motion of a temporary stay of the law presented by attorney shithead liddy. The judge even called his bullshit using the more politically correct euphemism, "saber rattling". I highly suggest reading the article, very gratifying to see the law triumphing and these assholes being called out for their bullshit.

Sorry if i came off a lil dickish. It must be my east coast snark. Yes this is great news for everyone and is a refreshing grounding back into reality for the nutsos who run this place.
