My grandma is around 70 years old and has horrible arthritis in her hand and wrist I'm wounder what type in cannabis and what type of application she could benifit from lotion strain extract , edibles ??? Thank

a topical would work great. coconut oil and cannabis..few recipes online. I make this and people freak out on how well it works
