ASAP! Can I recieve seeds from an online store in the US? Advice?

I live in the Mid-Atlantic in the US. I was looking at Herbiesheadshop (and others) to get seeds. I have to admit, I haven't had to get seeds online since college, so I'm a little freaked out. Can I buy seeds online and have them delivered to my house by someone who is not a police officer? How much risk am I taking by using my Visa to buy them? Has anyone done this on a consistent basis and lived to tell the tale? Thanks. I just got a much larger grow tent.....I just need the seeds.

pretty damn safe in the big scheme of things, arrests based on seed orders seem very rare these days, very rare

shit if anything thing, customs will take them, and then you gotta get you're money back and order again. I ordered them straight to my house. no problems. Ive heard of people getting popped, for delivering clones to the house, which obviously is different. seeds are just seeds, they aren't "drugs" yet. see what im saying?

Although I'm in Canada, they are very discreet and ship globally. I pay for my seeds via Visa, as do many other of thousands of people.

I've spoken to a few people who have had customs take their seeds. They just vanish, nothing further happens. I'd say the risk is very very low.

Mad people buy seeds. I'm an MMP so I don't have any fear of anything when ordering seeds. If the local police, for whatever reason, come to your house and ask questions - Do Not let them inside w/o a search warrent, and Do Not answer their questions without a lawyer present. In all cases where cops "randomly" interrogate you, you can say, "Am I being Detained? Why?" They'll say some shit, probably no. "Am I free to go? Or Am I under Arrest?"; they'll let you go unless you actually did something.

Yep! I'd avoid making orders too large (over 20 seeds) though. I've ordered seeds from both herbies and attitude and personally prefer attitude because of the larger selection and faster shipping time, both arrived perfectly safe though. From what I have heard, people who have seeds taken by customs usually just get a letter in the mail saying to not do it again and their is no follow up.
