ATF way past her typical flowering time

Hey everyone!

So in early march I started growing an Alaskan Thunderfuck seed from an eighth of ATF I had over the winter (lucky to find a seed I guess). Around the one month mark (early to mid-April) the plant started to auto flower. I was psyched cause it meant that I didn't have to take it in off my balcony every night and put it into my blackout closet to flower it. Now I've done some research and know that the ATF strain takes approx 8-10 weeks to finish flowering. Well I'm nearing the 11th week here and I'm starting to get curious. The trichs are about 10-20% amber, but the hairs on all of the buds are still white, with some having already turned orange. The plant has gotten pretty top heavy with some of the branchs sagging to their sides. It seems ready to harvest soon, but I thought for sure it would have been done by now. Haven't seen TOO much progress in the past few weeks, so I guess my question to you is: is this girl anywhere near harvest? Should I start flushing her? I don't care if I have to be patient and wait another week or even month, but I also don't want to wait too long and not harvest when I should have. I've attached pics below. Let me know if you need any other info.

ALSO,
I've heard rumors (mainly from a specific friend) who says that Alaskan Thunderfuck can't be an autoflowering plant. I don't know how true this is. But if it is true then I don't know what strain the shop actually sold me cause it was an ATF eighth that I found the seed in.

THANKS AHEAD OF TIME. Please let me know if you need any more information!

Cheers,

It may not necessarily been an Autoflowering plant. It may have just started showing pre-flowers in veg. Many plants will do that. I dont know what your using for lighting or if your just keeping it outside but the bottom line is, that girl isn't ready yet. At least by looking at the pics it isn't ready yet. Depending on a lot of other factors it could be weeks away yet.
Don't get too anxious and mess up what you have by pulling too soon.

If it started flowering in April and getting thick buds by May, it still might not be auto flower? I thought the longer days would prevent that... my other plant continued veg for a month or so after that and I had to force flower it by putting it on a 14/10.

And no worries mate! I won't harvest anything prematurely. That's why I'm here! Thanks again!

Sure looks like she has a ways to go yet. Not done packing on the flowers for sure. Get a dowel and sharpen the end to jamb it down beside the main stem, few inches away, and then you can tie the side branches to it for support. Everybody should have such a problem. :)

Good luck with her!
