Let me say that overall its a really decent piece. the first few days I used it It worked great on both dry and wax herbs. I preffered it with the wax.. Now I am sure it combusts more than vapes, but I was mainly looking for a convinient way to smoke my wax.
The pen worked GREAT for 3 days... Then nothing.. wouldnt heat either chamber, and would not charge. I tried all the "adjust the connectors" tricks on you tube, no luck.
So these things area all made in china so I didnt figure it would last forever but 3 days??? damn.. anyways I sent an email to their customer service, got an instant reply saying I would hear something in 48-72 hours.. 4 days past, nothing.. sent another email, got same auto reply.. 1.5 weeks later nothing.. went to the store where I bought it, they dont take returns.. finally called the company today and you basically have two choices...
You can send the entire unit back to them, then wait for a replacement to get sent back to you (you pay shipping), or you can pay 20 dollars "shipping and handling" and get a replacement battery (as this I guess is the most faulty unit).
Bottom line, I will NEVER deal with another Atmos product again. Shitty that the headshop doesnt back up their products, but even worse that the companies customer support sucks, and you have to pay even more money to fix your POS vape pen...
Just wanted to share my experience.. Anyone else have similar, or even good results with the Atmos?
