attempting to RE-veg 1 of my outdoors

i cut her down to her lower 1/3 and cut the bottom of the root ball, ive got her under 2 54w HO fluorescent tubes, im thinking 40-60 days will be sufficient time to get her to grow again??


any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!!!
