not growing at my place anymore, moved to a attic where i will have more room and shit... i want to get a hps that wont effect electricity to much, what else do i need? what would be a good sized grow tent?

well the attic is pretty big, but my friend wants to put it in some kind of grow tent and then in the attic for safety reasons

Easiest thing to do would be to build a frame from standard PVC pipe, couplings and elbows. You can build it to whatever size you need and then cover it with mylar or poly.

a 600w is by far the most efficiant (im shit at spelling) they produce the most lummens per watt

also should i do hydro or soil, i have 2 aerogardens(not using) but i dont think they will make enough for how much we need
