Ok, first I wish to point out that I am in Brisbane Australia, keep that in mind. I am well aware that customs are tight, and even more aware of the thieving mongoloids who make up the majority of Australia Post. My grief is that I seem to be getting a very "pfffft we don't really give a f@#$" attitude from The Attitude. I am having no success at all getting a straight answer from anyone there about 2 orders of mine. It took me 2 weeks just to get them to aknowledge that one of my order was way past the 21 days deliver time (35 days at the time of reply) and even since then all I have from them is "sorry, confirm you details and we will resend" that was a week ago. now it seems my second order has dropped off the radar too. I have sent them numerous emails asking for extra stealth and offering to pay extra for some super stealth and different packaging, as im sure the wankers at the Brisbane sorting facility know what the attitude shipments look like, even though I already have ordered both with discreet and guaranteed shipping, and have not received a single reply. nothing. I am pretty sure that they are just ignoring my emails now. no conformation on a resend, no new tracking numbers, nothing. I have even resorted to calling customs and auspost. customs don't have either, this I have confirmed, no correspondence sent and no police have kicked my door down, and auspost say they need the sender to begin an enquiry, and even if they have lost it, the sender gets compensated, not me. I am so irate towards the tude right now.... Has anyone ever got a refund from them? I am half tempted to board a plane, fly to the uk, walk through their front door & start educating the lot of them on good business practice. with my fists. The least they could do is send me a reply. Anyone else had a similar experience? spent $300 and nothing.
