Do not work with "top shelf cuttings" based out of Orange county. I responded to a local advertisement that claimed to supply beautiful cuttings for verified 215 patients. i questioned the owner about his grow rooms' environmental conditions and the health of the plants. he assured me everything was tip top. I drove from southbay up to o.c to meet him even tho he had earlier promised a delivery to my area. upon meeting him in person he was really jumpy. very concerned about "cops", and my thoughts were; "whats up bro, i thought you were legit- why are we in a parking lot?" i brought my test kit for clones, but he was so eager to leave, it became a take it or leave it situation. i was in a big need for clones, so i took him at his word(big mistake!!). got home to find these plants rootbound with brown roots covered in mildew. the plants later proved to be host to mites, aphids, and thrips(luckily i quarantined them from the jump). I called him on it, and he immediately admitted fault, and after promising to make it right, he dissappears and wont get back to me for weeks now. i have heard other negative reviews floating around local clubs regarding this scum bag. dont work with "top shelf cuttings" or you'll be sorry like i am. $580 mistake
