lookin good...... i would flower that big one now

i want to, but i dont have the space... i was only gonna do one for my first grow but then ended up adding 2 more and they are a little slow growing. i was planning on waiting another week or two and then just starting them all in the flowering phase. and just compensate the height difference with stacking. its a 8ft ceiling so i should be ok?

they are all from seed, and they all are supposed female seeds from nirvana..
well than good luck they should turn out nice, i would start bloom nutes 1 week before starting flowering, thats what i used to do when i grew hydro ( back to soil now) seems to transition to flower quicker once you switch to 12\12

sorry with all the questions but this is my first grow... but if i were to go ahead and start 12/12 whether or not they sit high or not wouldnt that make them flower also? i guess what im trying to ask is if they are on the same cycle then why would it matter if they were high or low?

About how much room do you have in square feet or so. you can expect that sucker to nearly triple in diameter when you done flowering. i found out the hard way that height isn't the only problem sometimes.

But good setup man, green thumbs up for first grow.

Oh and to answer your second question, yes they will flower. Some people even start their seedlings on 12/12 to have an early harvest. But there is a downfall, your bigger plant will seem to have more potent buds due to it maturity. Its like outdoor seasons, in some climates you have 3 grow season. one big long one through summer/spring and two in winter/fall. When its winter/fall the light cycle stays on 12/12 and gives you smaller earlier harvest. But in your long season you notice a much bigger difference in potency due to your plants reaching maturity in its long veg stage that is only offered once a year. And btw this 3 season harvest plan is only available to people who lives in constant warm climates. Did this fully answer your question?

1. move the big one to a dark closet 12 hrs a day
2. top the big one and let the little ones grow up a bit.... prolly what i would do... take clones while yer there.... or learn how to
3. go 12 12 and let em flower the big may take 7 days t show sex the lil may take 15 all the while growing up jus because of there maturity rate the bigger one is more mature so it would show first

i would put the small ones higher just so they dont strech, better having compact buds! And yes they will start flowering.

What the other to dudes said is right, on your room dimensions i reckon you will be fine, the plants will double in hight during the flowering process!

so in other words you have 24 sq ft. that should be plenty of room for 2 decent sized girls. just dont ever under estimate how big they can get. you will be astonished at how they will boom in flowering. never "just enough". always "more than enough". that goes with many aspects of growing, besides water, nutes, and Co2

dnt mean t get off topic but would like to put this out there.

12\12 from seed, i see ppl doin it, i see it takes em like 5 weeks before they start t flower, so why do it??? i could veg a plant 4 weeks put on 12\12 and chances are it will be flowering in a week so 5 weeks right but because i veged mine for 4 weeks it gives me a nice sized healthy plant that produces an acceptable harvest when 12\12 from seed guy has a little plant that will barley give him half the harvest in the same time i grew mine???????unacceptable. why do that seems like a waste. not an erly harvest a smaller one. as for potency plant maturity won't effect potency thats genetic but a plant won't show sex until it is mature, the potency will be the same wether its veged to maturity or put in 12\12 to maturity
