New Cannabis Legislation
The WA premier Mr. Colin Barnett is proposing new legislation that will:
Allow prosecution of those caught in possession of 10gm of Cannabis (at present 30gm)
Allow subsequent offences for possession to be prosecuted as criminal offences.
Allow people to be prosecuted for cultivating cannabis plants (at present two plants per person per household are allowed.
Make it illegal for cannabis smoking implements to be sold to anyone (it is presently only an offence to sell to children)
Increase fines for the sale of smoking implements - $5000 for sale of a bong to an adult, $10,000 for sale to a minor.
Replace the CIN (Cannabis Infringement Notice) scheme with CIRS (Cannabis Intervention Requirement Scheme)

My reccomendation is to get a glass on glass bong, take care of it, and it wont ever break.
I do know for a fact the laws wont be kicking in to the ACT next, the next step is the entire banning in QLD, SA, and VIC.
there is a major taskforce actually involved in this and this is no joke.
The government has taken new steps in fighting the war on drugs and has used the anti-bikie legislation in order to get a warrant for your home from internet websites to which you post on. I advise that you do no speak about the smoking or use of cannabis for any illicit use or in fact speak about the use of it at all on this forum.
There was a Resident cop called anti-smoker who pissed off dunno what happened with him.
But the police are now forgetting the harm minimisation and are going after everyone for anything now.
Even though the anti-bikie laws themselves are illegal and violate basic laws put in there to protect the innocent the police dont give a flying fuck, and neither does the government.
