Auto AK47 first grow!

OK,So I wanna start small first. I plan on growing 4 auto ak47 fems and want to get a yield of around 7 grams dry per plant. I plan to build a box 2 inches bigger on each side than the hydroponic chamber. The bulb I plan on using will put 35,000 lumens.

Seeds:
Auto AK47

Equipment:
250 W digital HPS with 35,000 lumen bulb
Bubble boy 5 gallon 4 site hydroponic bucket
Hydro stone grow medium
Ph up/Down with testers
Multipliable clip on 6" fans
Mylar covered walls
Nutes-To be discussed

Questions:
Do you think this system can yield 7 grams dry per plant?
Would a simple homemade carbon filter hide the smell?
Would I put them on 20/4 immediately since it is auto flower without stressing plant?
Would I use bloom nutes ONLY and how far into the grow should I introduce?
What are good affordable nutes for auto flowers?
Is this system worth $312.64 including shipping minus seeds and fans?

Thanks guys! I will keep posted with pics within the month after you guys help me decide what to buy.

for 312.00, you can buy a 400 watt hps and all the stuff to do a hydro, tote grow, and pull a half pound per cycle. If you want to go in this direction, gimme a holler. But to answer one of ur questions, yeah, you can pull an oz from a 5 gallon bubble bucket with a 250 watt hps. And to answer another, as far as nutes, the Lucas ratio, using General Hydroponics, works like a charm, is simple, and super cost efficient.

I think I'm actually gonna use a 200 watt CFL and an additional 150-200 watt CFL both 2700K. That would cut down on my prob which is mainly heating and space and it would actually put out 800 more lumens than the 250 HPS.
