almost one month they were neglected as far as ph goes should i try saving the 2 or just plant a new seed?

Maintain decent growing conditions and they'll be fine. Check the pH of your water, don't over-water or over-nute.

They definitely will. Cannabis plants are incredibly resilient. A little TLC and they thrive.
