that's the rule of thumb with auto's.....but as all rules, there can be exceptionsI wouldnt start in small pots either. One of the things that autoflower growers will tell you is never transplant autos. It can slow grow. And since it only vegges for a very short period you would be robbing it of its full potential. I was taught to always start autos in their final pot.
This is true. There is a guy on here (cant remember his name) who grows autos and says he transplants and tops his autos. He has huge yielding auto with pics to prove it.that's the rule of thumb with auto's.....but as all rules, there can be exceptions
