Auto stretching 200%?

So in week 5, 11 days after the first bracts showed, my girls tripled in size. They went from 8" to 25" in 7 days. Is this good, bad, or normal?

I'm using a 300W quantum board. Trying to keep it 18" from the canopy but now its 16" and I cannot pull it up any higher. Just info there, I have a scrog net and can bend if necessary.

BUT be careful .... no need to go hard . Simple tension downward to “ shape “ it .

Then you will flatten the canopy and be able to adjust lighting as before.

Turned out to be a partial win. I did some supercropping to flatten the canopy, but sadly a lot of buds were too heavy for their stems. By the time I took action, the stems were happy to stay horizontal and adding supports would've just snapped the stems. Luckily, she was still a hell of a producer coming in at about 40oz wet.
