If I understand how it works, you don't want a herm to self-pollinate, you're more likely to get herm seed.
So let it pollinate another female, you'll get feminized seeds that'll have less change of being herm, and a greater chance of producig a healthier plant.

It's not too late, so stress away.

unless you want to breed the offspring for at least 5 generations to make it a stable auto strain, i would say no dont pollinate a non auto with an auto. you would be better off buying a true 100% auto strain and breeding a male and female.

look up colloidal silver. the best way to do it would be to take a auto, spray it at the time of sex, wait for her to drop pollen and collect it. meanwhile, start some more seeds around the same time you spray your donor plant you want to stress, that way the second round of seeds you start should flower and you can find your female you want to pollinate and you will have fresh pollen ready for her.

im not sure. if i were you though, i would take the time and make them the right way to ensure you get the best results. IMO, the easy way is never the best way. take the time and do it right.
