They'll work fine for non-resinous plant material. These are the ones I found walking through a blueberry farm to get to the river for a little salmon fishing in Chilliwack, BC about 40 years ago. I wouldn't want to try trimming a pound of bud with these!Yes thats a good point. Im finding them great though for defoliating my SCROG. Very accurate and small.
Got a link BroTitanium coated Fiskars currently my favorite. White and orange ones.

Non spring loaded is what I prefer, i would get two if you have a huge harvest.NIZZA do you have the spring loaded version or manual?
I seen a post on harvesting forum some chick bragging on hers when someone asked for reccomendations on good trim scissors then she said she scrapes them then cleans with alc IM like OH No you do it wrong but just thought it didnt tell her she ruined them LOLNon spring loaded is what I prefer, i would get two if you have a huge harvest.
Dont forget you dont want to scrape these!
It will pull off the fluorine coating.
Just wear gloves and use rubbing alcohol to wipe the resin off and evap the alcohol away later. With two sets you can just leave one pair soaking
Hope you enjoy them!
If you have the cash I'd get a trim bin to go with them it is pretty expensive 80$ but less less during harvest and it saves kief while u trim. Last grow I think I got a quarter oz of kief just from trimming above the bin, off of 1 1/2 lbs
also smash the bud in peaces and lost half the crystals hahaThis is my new scissors, lol. Cleans up with alcohol quickly and trims bud in a couple minutes.
Wouldn't trade it for any thing.
