Hi everyone...
So, I bought this sweet HPS setup from HTG... unfortunately, after about a month of using it, the damned thing turns off, and restarts itself - taking a good 4 minutes of darkness till it turns back on, only to turn off again in a little bit.
Usually, the light will stay on for like 10 minutes before turning off again... but either way, this is BAD! I called HTG and they said to put the ballast somewhere where it gets better ventilation or put a fan on it, so i put it in a better area, but it still did it, AND IT'S NOT EVEN HOT!
So any ideas?
The bulb itself works for a while, obviously, but then turns off... ultimately it looks pretty normal except a little bit of dark tint around the middle area.
if you guys need a picture, i'll post one later tonight or something.
