Barneys Farm Seeds

Heya there folks ! Well ive orderd some beans from the attitude on two seperate occasions, the brand of seeds being Barneys.

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Barneys plants or genetics. Too me they seem like one of the most legitiment seed companies there is. The strains i have are Violator Kush, Phat Fruity, Red Diesel, Sweet Tooth, and LSD.

If anyone has had experience with Barneys farm or any experience with these strains feedback would be much appreciated !! Thanks

I just ordered some of the lsd from barneys. Have you grown it yet? Can you tell me how the odor is while flowering?

I've grown their Blue Cheese and am growing their LSD now. Check out my journal in my signature if you like...

Both are fantastic. The LSD is special though.

the violater kush is fukn great try the red diesel you wont be disappointed. cant go wrong with the lsd. heard the vanilla kush is bomb

Im growing out and cloning Violator Kush right now. I got it after reading and seeing nothing but good things about VK. Im not disappointed.

I had great germ rate w/ the 5 pack I got. I got 2 very distinct phenos from the 5 pack. 1 is very bushy and the other the nodes are much farther apart.
I took cuttings from the bushy one and started her in flowering 3 days ago. They clone easy enough, not the fastest to root but they do clone.

I cant wait for her to finish, ive read from multiple people that its one of the best smokes they've had.

I'm glad to hear nothing but good things about Barney's and their strains!! haha.

I noticed when i received the seeds that all of Barney's seeds had the best characterisic of seeds. Dark, hard, tiger stripes. While some of the other freebies i got thrown in looked very frail and little.

The jury is still out for me. I bought two feminized seeds from Barney's, the 1st was lsd and it was the only bean out of 10 not to germinate The second seed I bought is Utopia haze, and what a weird ass plant it is. At first it looked as though it was going to die for the first 6 weeks no matter what I did barely grew. I put it into flower at 14 inches and it was yellow and brown, I almost culled it, anyways after 7 weeks my plant is a 5 foot tall monster! lol I knew it was almost pure sativa but damn! Anyways I hope you enjoy your strains and despite my early mixed results after researching myself I must say you could do alot worse than what Barney's is selling.

i have now got 2 phat fruity`s from barney`s and a freebie of northern light blue (my other freebie`s, sugar black rose: il diavlo: fast nev`s) them freebie`s were sh*t and didn`t go, but also they was supposed to send me a Big bud x white widow, and that is the reason why i bought these seeds of this particular sight because of there BBxWW, never mind though, My babies seem to be doing O.K. still early days yet as 2 of them are just 5 days old and the other barney`s was put in on 13/2. so far so good, they all look fine. good thick white roots, and a nice thick stem aswell. I`ll post pic`s when i can, and hopefully this grow will go better then my bubbilicious did!!! got about an Oz of off her, but have left the bottom 4 branches of and the smaller middle buds, ny ideas

i grew the vanilla kush and was not impressed

i have grown a few of there strains i liked the sweet tooth i did a grow diary here of that grow a while back ,
8ball kush was nothing special and a few others all in all i would say they are average allways had good germ rates with barneys gear, but lots of phenos nothing real stable /uniform

Ive got a Vanilla Kush 5 weeks into flower and she is beautiful.

Ive also got some Tangerine Dream gettin ready to pop

yeah my vanilla kush grew beautiful to and was covered in res ,, but
no buzz ,,, imo fools gold

Barney's Farm is not one of the upper echelon breeders. There are better breeders to pick from, some way better, but it's like anything else .. if someone likes them and or they fit their budget then purchase Barney's Farm gear.

you must have cut too soon or too late my friend, cause it wouldnt have WON THE CANNABIS CUP if it didnt give ya a buzz! I recommend getting a 30x or greater optical magnification scope to aid you in cutting at the perfect time Peace!

If you actually believe that Cups are won these days strictly by merit this is your lucky day. I happen to own a bridge that connects two of the boroughs of New York, Manhattan and Brooklyn, and I have been thinking of selling it and I will give you a great deal on it. I like to call it the Brooklyn Bridge but once yours you could of course call it anything you like.

The price is reasonable. I will accept a modest down payment and will finance the rest for 30 years. PM me if interested.

i dont think so , i grew 4 out of a 5 pack of fem ,
all 4 got to grow out 2 times , 1st from seed and the 2nd from clone
i took them down at different times , clear/cloudy all cloudy and half/half and almost all amber , let one go 14 weeks ,,
everytime the same , very light buzz if any at all .

this is of course a matter of opinion .. i don't rate barneys very highly, i prefer mr nice and tga at the moment.. the cali collection and bog also have some nice looking pictures they are also on my list

i personally wouldn't go down the road of calling one company better than the other .for the fear that once you start doing that you wake up the cheer leaders and fan boys

on a side note i find it amusing how the world of elitism is at play here
we have strains like cheese that are held in high regard by many, when cheese is just a selection of skunk1 .. with orig diesel chemdawg that was apparently found in bag of seed some hippy called "chumpdawg" got hold of ...

i recently read about a strain called clockwork orange, which is apparently an alaskan ice self. from ghs found in a pack of 10 which is selling now for over £100 for 10 seeds

you really do have to fight your way through a great deal of hype in this world of elitism and cheer leading ... i am waiting for the next elite to be found in a bag of 10 from kc brains i am going to name this elite lemon bullsheet OG BX when i find it

I recently started growing LSD and Dr. Grinspoon from Barney´s Farm. I smoked both at their coffeeshop in Amsterdam, and I was more impressed by the LSD than Grinspoon. Their LSD had a strong and unique smell. It is sweet, vaguely resembling a fusion of herbs, flowers and honey, with something else that I can´t quite put a finger on. The high was strong and very pleasant. A warm, relaxing buzz, perfect for after dinner. Grinspoon buds were much smaller than the LSD buds (and most other buds in general...) They smelled lemony and had tiny trichs all over. The smoke was very nice...nothing to complain about, but I did not think that it lived up to the hype...or the price...That´s one reason I decided to grow it myself, to see if I could get better results. Probably sounds presumptuous, but my first Super Lemon Haze was far better than the SLH I got at Greenhouse Coffeeshop...
