Battery Back Up

Hi there

I am trying to buy a battery back up for my 60 unit EZ Cloner but I don't know which size to buy. (So if the power goes out there is enough electricity to power the pump for a day or so.)

The model EZ Cloner I have uses a MAG925/WP3000 pump that takes 1.5 amps. Does anyone know how much wattage that takes per hour (day, etc) ?

Assuming it is on 110 volts that is 165 watts. A UPS for a computer will run that for hours but not days. Unless you get hit by a hurricane or tornado you power will probably not be out for days. If it is a generator is the only solution.

If you got problems like that, then keeping your grow running should be the last thing on your mind lol.
