Looks like not enough light. What light are you using and what are the temp and humidity like? A two month old vegged plant should be pretty big. This is my Steve Lemme OG I had to kill off because it got too big at 2.5 months of veg.

What nutrients are you using and how much?

Says "flipped back to flower".
The growth is from the hormones changing back and forth and then back.
I would veg on 24 until normal growth returned completely, clean out all the clutter and take some cuts then flower.

A history I wanted to make sure it was a girl so I did 12/12 from start that was 6 weeks then flipped to veg once I saw white hairs nutrition is ARBER 123 I haven’t decided what I should give for blooming this plant has come a long way I’m proud of her. Lights off Amazon 200 watts

I wanna cut the bottom completely to see if I could clone. I’m a new grower but I appreciate all the advice.. win some lose some..
Until the plant is done revegging taking a clone will mean the clone will reveg too as it tries to figure out what the heck is going on with the light schedule. It's a good learning experience for future grows and as long as you keep learning and asking good questions you will grow better weed each grow. Trying to reinvent the wheel is common with new growers and there's a desire to experiment. I would find a simple soil grow method that you can focus on plant health with as well as keeping a stable environment for them. Once you get some full jars in the cupboard and have a surplus, then try all the experiments you want. I always tinker around with my setup trying to improve but I'm at the point that I don't have to grow for a long time and I won't run out. Having a surplus let's you relax and try new strains or growing methods.

Lights are on 12/12 timer never had an issue with the light timer this is my 1st female plant pic below males only thing I know I did different this time was start seedling on 12/12 from start

Why do 12/12 from seed, you're only handicapping yourself
Cause I didn’t wanna waste another 2 months and it be a boy like the others they were all the same strain.. the 3rd try it was finally a female.. this was before I order from seed man so future grows I won’t have that problem (hopefully)

Only in veg unless you're trying to delay rooting and veg the clone a long time with space issues. Then you could take a clone in the first couple weeks of flower and it will just take longer to root and start going.
