Beginner Grower

Ok this is my first time growing,

to start, I currently have 3 small plants, there about maybe a month old, there stems are all about 5 inches tall,

I have a few questions,

1. All my plants have there 2 small round leaves halfway down the stem, there all slightly light brown, what does that say? They need more water or theres to much heat?

2. Sometimes, when I check up on the plants, 1 of the plants will randomly be leaning over, does that mean theres to much heat stress?

3. I got shit all for a light, its this little dinky think, but it gives off alot of heat, is that good or bad?

4. Should I be watering them everyday when the dirt on top looks dry? Also should I water them when they look... droopy?

5. When the top 2 pot leaves are hanging straight out at 90 degrees, is that good or bad? if they drop down more then 90 is that good or bad?

6. It seems like all my 3 plants have some sort of problems and I dont know how to fix it, should I just keep trying my best? Or should I give up?

7. When can i move them outside...

Each plant has 4 leaves all together, the 2 round ones around the stem, then 2 pot leaves at the top, THOUGH one of the plants has another pair of tiny leaves coming out at the very top, im guessing thats a good start...

Sorry for so many questions.... but any answers would help at this point.

1. the fact they are so far up means you let your plant stretch too much. the round leaves fall of after a while, its normal
2.
3. heat is generally bad. your trying to grow w/ an incandesent, right? that light is worthless.
4. water when the soil is pretty dry throughout the container, the roots need wet dry cycles. tell when to water by comparing the weight compared to how much it weighs when it needs water. droopyness can be from over or under watering, in your case its most likely overwatering.
5. it could mean a few different things if they are droopy, them growing towards the light is normal, the light is too far away and too weak so the leaves are trying to get as much as possible.
6. you might be best giving up on these and starting over after you do a little research on here.
7. when its warm enough,

that is not a good start bro, they are stunted as hell it sounds like, at 1 month in it shoyld be much much much bigger.
