Belle was in bad accident.

Yesterday afternoon Belle got into a pretty bad accident. It was very foggy out, I was out right before her. She rear-ended a truck. Nobody was hurt but her. I am not sure on many of the details, but she was rushed to the hospital. They drew her blood and attended to her. Late last night they ended up rushing her up to Marquette General because she had a few vertebrae colapse and they need to watch her. The potential for being paralyzed or being severely fucked up is very high. Before they transported her, the police officer called her at the hospital and told her they were seeking a warrant for her having thc in her system and driving on her medication. Some people on here know of the huge deal her 1st mj dui costed. Belle is in a world of shit right now. Physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially you name it. Please keep her in your prayers.

Yes, so her first may be back in appeals. ?.
Different LEO, same county, court, judge, prosecutor....

They are operating on her in Marquette this afternoon. Two of her vertebrae collapsed or one is crushed and the other collapsed. Something like that. She is in bad shape.

Ouch! That's pretty fucked up brother, I'm assuming a LEO cowboy mentality up your way?!?

It could be routine to sample blood for substances with an accident. low visibility conditions (documented, right?) could be an adequate defense against a DUI, as long as the "levels" can't definately indicate recent usage.

I have never talked to you or her before but I have read a few of your posts. I am very sorry that this happened. There is no way to tell from THC levels if she was DUI or not. It stays in your body.
