Bending over main Cola During Flowering

Hi All,

I am in my third week of flowering my first white widow grow. I have one plant that is beginning to get heat stress from being too close to my 400W HPS (w/in 4 inches of light at this point). Is it better to allow the plant to continue to grow with the heat stress, or should I attempt to bend the plant and tie it down so that it will not gro upward anymore? I dont want to stress the plant too badly at this stage, but I am running out of room bc my light cannot be raised any further. Any advice?

do what you have to cause it will kill the top of your plant if you dont do something, just dont break her
