best height for 200w above canopy?

The light is 480w. It will be using 200w to finish a few smaller plants that started with a lower
wattage light .

Manufacturers advise 30-32" above canopy but I'm assuming that's full wattage .

I'm thinking 24"

It maybe just hang the 30" above and dim to 200 as advised ?

leave ya temp gauge at top most leaf height let the gauge decide so lower or raise to suit after a rest of 15mins
as each grow space is different

cut the overthinking and leave at 100% power as you are init for the trics no?
