Best light for veg?

Hi all i am getting ready for my first grow and looking for the best veg light. What are folks having the best results with? Theres alot of info out here but i trust real growers most. Fluros, cfl, led? Anny specific brands better? Tx.

You'll need a light that can flower. Get that first, veg with it, and you can get another light for veg later.

You need to figure out your grow space before you can decide on a light.
