Best medication for headaches/ Migraines?

Ok, so my doctor says I get tension headaches, and migraines, apparently since I dont wear my glasses all the time, sometimes my headaches are from my strained eyes, other times it stress, and finally upper neck problem.

So watcha guys recommend for

A) Headaches/Migraines
B) Muscle pain (back)

So watcha recommend strain wise?
