Hello all, Is it ok to use ph down or ph up to ph living organic soil or will it harm the life in the soil? Or is there something better to use? My water is around 7.5 to 8.0. Thanks everyone.

Wrong. Best pH for organic soil is 7 at the surface 6.8 four inches down.
Quit telling everyone else they're lying about yields and optimize your soil to get those yields. Stop wasting money on amendments your plant won't eat and stop throwing your soil away after every run due to how out of whack it gets from not being in pH range.
You can potentially lower pH with sulfuric or phosphoric if you do it gradually, but what's the point, start with the right pH and only adjust when you're recycling it.
