Best Strain for Outdoor Washington

It's been a pretty mild winter here and im getting ready for the summers grow. The only problem is trying to pick the right strain. Here is the setup Im thinking of.

I am going to have numerous autoflowering strains to start getting harvests early and often.

Then I will have a feminized indica and a feminized sativa and maybe a blend as well so that I have variety and a bigger harvest in the fall.

Basically I need suggestions on the following:

• the best feminized autoflowering plant, preferably sativa.
• the best feminized sativa
• the best feminized indica
• and the best feminized indica/sativa blend

I need something that can survive mild cold, maybe 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Something that has huge yields (cash crop), as high potentcy as possible, and something easy to grow. Also, maybe a mold resistant plant would be a good idea as the planting site will be in the forest.

If anybody has any suggetions it would be greatly appreciated.
