BHO and Amber glass hash

So i'm trying to make these tootsie roll edibles and the recipe calls for some sweetened condensed milk and hash oil. I'm not too knowledgable about concentrates, so I was wondering what is the difference between BHO and Amber glass? I need it to be in a liquid state for cooking, but would amber glass work for my tootsies if I heat it to where it is a liquid and mix it with the milk and tootsie rolls? Below is a pick of what my buddies got...would these work for my tootsie rolls?

I think weather it's amber glass or BHO ( I don't know the difference) I think it would be wise to make sure that it is decarboxylated already in some kind of cooking oil. Then mix that concoction with your candy roll recipe.

Do you know the process I need to do to decarboxylate it. Can it be done with sweetened condensed milk or does it have to be an oil?

Some kind of oil works best, I don't know if you ever heard of cannabrex capsules but the kit they send you I think coconut oil comes with it.

amberglass is BHO. lots of slang for BHO

but broken down simply.
wax/budder- whipped errl having created a matrix of hydrocarbons, extracted material, water and butane---some nasty ass shit

shatter/amberglass/sexy oil- fully purged errl. stable at room temperature. looks like glass and when cold, will shatter into little shards when trying to scoop a dab.

shatter's all that matters!
