Plants seem to be thriving, lush green leaves and rapid growth but wondered why leaves curling ? please see pic..

No, same as rest of leaf, smooth and can unroll edges without danger of breaking it..

heat prob?

I agree, possible heat stress also feeding 15 mins per hr. 24 hrs a day seems like a lot of feeding, mj likes a little dry time.
