Big pic on his site........how?

just wanna know how to get nice big pics up can someone tell me.

the way i do it is if you have a nice big pic saved on your computer click the little insert image button on the quick reply box(its the square with the tree) then choose from computer, click in the bottom corner of the box basic uploader, then click choose file, then find the file and choose it then click upload files and youll get something like this
