Big problem!! Help!!!

I have a plant that is budding. It was outside and I tried bringing it inside and well because of the people I reside with won't let me keep it inside. I cant tell how far along the budding is. I was hoping someone could tell me if I could try and harvest it now, because I dont want to see it go to waste. I put a lot of time and effort into it. I took some pics, hopefully they will help.

Oh and by the way it has a stick in it supporting it and where the buds are the stick is covered in a weird black substance. Any idea what that is?

you really dont wanna harvest it until 70-80% of the pistils are a dark brown color but it looks like maybe 10-20% are...i would wait if you can! but if you gotta harvest...then harvest

I dont think I really have a chance to wait. If I harvest now will I get any smokeable bud?

smokable?...Yes...but as potiant...No... the earlier you harvest the more CBN which gives a narcotic or stoned feeling, while THC delivers a more euphoric, upbeat �high� if harvested when 70-80% or pistles turn brown. Knowing this, you can examine the trichomes and the pistils of the plant, then choose when you harvest to get the psychoactive effects you desire.

U sure U do not have that backwards? I thought the longer they went the more Narcotic the high was. Best advice is to go to radio shack and get one of them hand held microscopes and let it tell you when to harvest!!
