Hi guys!

I've been checking out tor browser lately.
Basically, what I'm wondering is has anyone used a certain market place?
Where do you get your Bitcoin?

I've been trying to find where to buy Bitcoin with cash, as I don't like the idea of posting up my ID & proof of address to a website before I can buy them, wouldn't that defeat the entire anonymous part of Bitcoin?

What's your experiences?
What's your thoughts?

hey bud i use bitcoin all the time for seeds and poker lol.
If i can recommend an easy to use service it is called circle pay. it is better if used on phone as app. it is very user friendly and i dont think you need an ID to start. check them out.

you should also be able to tumble your coins around as well, that way you're not selling the same coins you bought.. i forget how one would do so, but i'm sure a quick google search would point anyone curious in the right direction.

Yeah I've spotted a few places that accept Bitcoin, think gorilla seed bank accept them now too.
Yeah, I contacted consultant on Irish & British Bitcoin association & he mentioned an app called "coin corner" but they do want ID also.
I'll try circle pay now.

Is it a bank transfer, PayPal, etc or what's the payment method?

I'm told by a guy in the Irish & British Bitcoin association that, that actually doesn't work.
(Something to do with a "Bit Chain")
I'm not very tech savy to be honest so I'm not sure of the names & terms.

I haven't been searching google for answers, I've been combing it.
There seems to be no way around the ID & proof of address, hopefully coin corner works.

Either way i think you can use circle without an id for up to $300 and then if you want more you have to do some type of conformation which i have done before. i have opened a few bitcoin accounts but circle is by far the best for me and least shady. Now like racerboy was saying, you should try not to hold onto your bitcoins unless you believe in investing in them because the price goes up and down every minute and its just craziness to be honest but works well for what it is. The thing i like about circle is that you also get the money the bitcoins are worth at the time you cashout unlike other websites that will hold off until the price falls down and you can get screwed..

To keep it simple, Deposit your money onto circle (i use my debit card) use your bitcoins for whatever purchase you need quickly and cashout.

Also, I just ordered from seedsman seeds not to long ago and they give awesome freebies if you look on the website and if you use bitcoin for every 10 euros you spend they give you 1 free feminized pineapple chunk by barneys farm. For 45 bucks with shipping i bought a 5 pack of nirvana autoflowers and received like 8 free nice feminized seeds.

I'm attempting to download this app circle. Have to love this wifi in Northern Ireland.
I've downloaded so many apps & made so many applications the last few weeks I was giving up.

Have they got a website I can use in the mean time? The app says "waiting".

Yeah I've heard of a few guys buying them as an investment & I've been watching the exchange rates on alpha bay but I honestly don't see much of a return.

Out of curiosity, do you keep your Bitcoin in a wallet or directly on a market wallet (such as alpha bay)?

There seems to be more of an incentive to use Bitcoin as apposed to PayPal or credit card.
I guess the companies

circle works by adding money to your wallet in your currency. Then you can choose how to make a payment based off the exchange rate. I personally dont keep any bitcoins in my wallet just my currency which can be transferred into bitcoins.

note thou: for bitcoin, circles exchange rate is always like $2-5 dollars more than the average bitcoin rate which in turn is not so much money as long as your doing small purchases. for example:

The normal bitcoin rate may be: 710 a BTC
Circles bitcoin rate lets say: 715 a BTC

so your actually getting a very little amount less of bitcoins for your money but to be honest every bitcoin site out there has its flaws and this is quite a small one for its service. For like a 100 dollar order its maybe a 50-70 cent difference which i just consider a small internet sales tax. yes there are prob other sites out there but i def do not recommend them from experience.

Now that I've fully downloaded circle & fingers crossed am about to make a buy, I just want to ask you first.

If I say send money in Bitcoin & enter a wallet number, will it send that amount of Bitcoin to the wallet or that amount in my local currency?

If this is how it works, @awesomegrow420 I owe you big time!

so if you haven't already tried it,
#1 you deposit whatever funds you want to your account from your debit/credit card or whatever you use.
#2 when making a purchase on bitcoin you dont have to type in address manually if you have a camera phone. you can scan the QR code which looks like a square little bar code, with the app, which will type in the bitcoin address for you (much easier if you have camera phone). Its usually on the page on whatever website you are buying from at the checkout screen after you hit use bitcoin or whatever.
#3 Once the app has the address it will say "send however many bitcoins to the wallet address?" you scanned with your phone. it will then confirm with you the amount of bitcoins you are sending, and then send that amount of bitcoins, which i believe it will then show you how much of your currency that is going to cost you.

So the point is the price of bitcoin is the price of bitcoin because its considered universal currency.

The only thing thats a downside like i said is that you end up paying that tiny tiny percentage for each purchase you make through circle. But!, there is a upside if you get bitcoins transferred into your account from another source because circle has that little percentage you actually get paid that percentage if you have bitcoins transferred to you that you obliviously paid less for..

Im high so excuse me if this is written poorly

Your a legend man, swear to god lol

Just to clarify, I upload currency from my card? (I'm at this point)
& then hit send currency but change the currency to Bitcoin?

I'm about to do this after roughly four months of trying to get it.
Excited is an understatement lol

no, just upload money to your account and once you make a purchase that requires bitcoin, circle will take care of that for you with your currency that you currently have in your account. it will change your currency into bitcoin for you when you need to make a bitcoin transaction.

Brilliant! So, I could trans to my alpha bay wallet then to buy? Or get the sellers wallet no# & send from circle to that?

now if you want to see how much bitcoin you have or circles exchange rate, you go to settings then currency and hit bitcoin. you can bounce between the 2 currencys.

yes you send from circle to whoever your buying from.

If you hit send money in the circle app it will take you a screen that should have a toolbar and next to that it says scan. hit the scan button and scan the QR code that the website has given you for the bitcoin transaction
