Black cream grow

I have been lookin at black cream for a while as i wanted quick autos but i also wanted some gnarly looking weed so i though sweet seeds black cream was the one.
I dont have a massive grow space. My tent could fit 3 max but i am only doing 2 this round. I dont have much equipment either, i dont have carbon filter or cfls, im using 250watt
Hps throughout. Im using canna coco and some random compost from b&q lol.

Im also going to be using fox farm nutrients and g.e.t.s power to bloom.

Ive read a lot that black cream doesnt need much feed and can go a little longer between watering so im going to try and be careful when feeding them to not over nute/water them.

I had 3 seeds and all of them germed however because im only doing 2 ive got a third one growing just incase one of them decides to die or something early in the grow.


After germing i put them in soil yesterday and today they have broke through but still not properly sprouted.

My third backup plant us currently in a cup on my window sill and is a bit behind but nothing major


Im a bit worried about plant 1. I know they sometimes sprout a bit sideways and straighten up but plant 1 looks a little too bent? Should i be worried? As soon as they have straightened up a bit more and shells are off the light will be on however i might just put it on now ready so its there soon as they need it

Okay so funny thing the 3rd black cream i was growing was a sort of backup one incase one of the others died early in the grow, and it didnt sprout so its gone haha.
Im now left with plant 1 and 2 which are both out of shell.
They are lookin ok some of the leaves curve a bit but thats most likely from being in the shell and will grow out of it.
I think im going to make this day 1

Day 3:
Nothing much happening right now they are most likely building good root system.
Both black creams have grown a little bigger and second set of leaves are starting to come through.
I think they will be due a water in about 2 - 3 days as i watered the soil a day before i planted the seeds, so im hoping when they get a water next they really start taking off!
Few photos, 2 plants are healthy colour but look a lil yellow due to hps.

Day 7:
Things are going well now.
One of my pants is growing great as you will see in photos but one of the others had slowed down loads and became a little bit behind, but yesterday i gave them a water and the slow one has started growing so im happy, however he is stil a lighter green compared to the other which is a healthy green.
I hope the little guy has enough time to catch up as they both look like there could be beasts!
I dont think im going to give them any nutes until i start seeing preflowers that way maybe when they get nitrogen and start stretchin they will get a lot bigger,
Anyone think its a good idea?

Pretty happy now i can see growth from the smaller plant as it seemed that it had slowed down a bit obviously just needed a water

Day 13:
So its been about a week since the last post and my one plant, the one thats had no problems has grown loads, its a little beast, theres even 2 preflowers on the highest node but no where else.

She hasnt had a water now for about a week and shows no thirst, almost like she could go for ages without a drink where as my other plant is loads behind and im worried

The little guy had a water around a week ago and it perked up and grew a bit but then it started growing slow again so i gave it another water on saturday and it seems to have perked up again but not sure what the problem is
Temps have stayed around the 28 mark but a few times rose to 31 on accident but was brought back down. Both of them still havent had nutes so i dont understand why the one keeps growing so slow.
I read somewhere that some of these red autos actually like a light water every 4-5 days so maybe they are 2 different phenos and one can go for ages and the other cant? I just dunno

Day 17: lil update

The larger plant has grown loads and whilst the other one is still stalling by a lot compared to eachothers size, it is still growing but very slow -.-

I gave the lil guy another light water with a tiny bit of nitrogen and epsom salts to experiment on what this problem is, and it hasnt had any burns so i think i may continue giving low doses of nitrogen. I also gave the big one his first feed with nitrogen and it seems to be loving it with lots of new growth up top and new tops coming through at nodes.

Little worried though as the big plant is showing her pre flowers already and even though it shouldnt be another week till it start stretching im worried the little plant will start flowering and its going to have a bad yield

Im also hoping the bigger plant is the purple pheno as im obviously going to get the most yield of that and the whole reason im doin this strain is to get some gnarly looking purple weed.
