Ok I think I can Help. What is the rooms temp. If its to cold that may be the problem. If its to hot that could be as well. Dont go over 90 degrees or under 75 for long time periods.

Same shit here man... I have a white widow strain that has black hairs until week 5 or 6 and then all of a sudden fresh white ones start popping out as well as crystal development. I am on my second set of cuttings I have taken off the mom.
Are you in dirt? What type?
I think this could be something to do with the genetic as well, but I had a sensi star do the same thing. I know it wasn't burn, my room never gets over 82, my lights are 2 feet from the canopy... Last time I grew them (WW and SS) in Fox Farms Ocean Forest. I used AN's complete line up at half strength. This time I am doing my ROM/Maroc and WW in ocean forest with HN basic organic schedule and the WW is doing the same thing again, and the rom is not. WEIRD STUFF...
I got the SS and WW strains from a well known and respected club in Oakland.
Not to sure whats going on... They did turn around in the end, but the sensi star was crap to begin with. Grew at half the rate the widow did. I also ended up getting seed from the SS but not the widow. I ended up staking the widow in week 9 to try and get some extra resin out of it.
I fought the hell out of this problem. I flushed and flushed, ran double strength enzyme, tried using revive, week 5 I did give the last batch a strong res of canna boost and pk 13/14 only, no food... which may of sparked them back into producing hairs/resin. I'm not going to do that this time to see if the strain is worth keeping around.
We are trying the ww outside as well, just to see if the problem occurs once again.
In veg the strain grows and looks amazing. Couldn't tell anything was wrong until start of week 2.
Hope all works out for you. I will update on my current grows, and let you know if anything is happening with it, or if I get an answer.
It may of been that the original cuttings were taken off a sick plant, or were contaminated somehow. I can't put a finger on this one either.
