I own a vacuum oven, and sometimes I'll have to work the vent knob to control the muffin for over an hour until it stops expanding. I call it muffin jockeying.

I'm recently free to go all out mad scientist again! Researching everywhere I can on CRC and butane by bulk.

Those ovens are sweet. I used to work the old school vac chamber for hours! So happy to finally be back at it!
