Blockbuster Reflector

Would the Blockbuster 6" Air-Cooled Reflector be a good choice for a 3' x 3' grow tent? I figured it'd be a good fit since it is designed to be used with "squares", but figured I'd ask and see if anyone has an opinion on the matter.

Apologies for bumping, it's my first time doing so at RIU! I swear!

I'm debating between this and the OG Vertical Reflector by GrowLite. I came super close to pulling the trigger on a LED, but sadly life got in the way and I have a little less $$$ to work with.
