This is my first grow in over nine years. I have mostly grown outdoors in Oregon but now will be attempting a indoor grow in Colorado at 8000' in the mountains.

Setup:

600watt Sun Master Cool Deluxe MH
600Watt Lumateck Ballast
250 cfm ducting to outside for cooling lamp
3gallon Pots with Fox Farms Ocean Floor
Room seems to stay an average of 82F at the top of the plants
I also have a monitoring system in the room that will email/sms message me if the climate leaves the range of 70-90 degrees, and hi def video surveillance accessible from anywhere I am.

09/25/10
Blue Widow #1 & #2 placed into grow room plants range from 3.5"-4.5" tall.

Where at in Colorado? I'm in summit.. Good luck! By the way those soil meters are worthless. They're 100% inaccurate...

Here they are on 10-9-10

Thanks man, the cam would have cost abit but I got it for free since it was broken and repaired it. I have 2 Blue widows, 4 jock horrors, and some tiny clones of golden goat x 4 and Blue widows x 2.
Ive decide to put off putting my 2 BW's into flower until there about 1 foot taller so I have moved everything back in with them out of the t5 room for now. Here is a pic of my current setup. Every plant is still super young, BW's were about 4"s 4 weeks ago. But there starting to pick of speed now.

I'm also growing the dinafem blue widow. It was veg for 4 weeks topping 12 inch tall and put into flower under a 150 hps. My god the plant grew another 14in. in two weeks of flowering. I'm going on the 3rd week now, its beginning to frost, cant Wait!

Here's an update on my grow. I took 2 clones on the bigger more bas ass plant and put them in 12/12 2 days ago. I also decided to scrog them ontop of the lst that I have been doing. Hoping they will blow up here in the next week. Hoping I didnt put them in veg too soon.

My wide angle lens couldnt get them both in the picture, but here is one and a small part of the other.

The Jock Horrors are coming along nicely.

Depends on your soil. Like I use FFOF and its has some good nutes in it to begin with so I waited about 2.5 weeks some people up to 4 before adding nutes. And when I did I did it at 1/4 strength and slowly ramped it up over 3-4 weeks to full strength. Not sure if thats how everyone does it, but I didn't what to shock them. I also flush the soil with ph balanced water every 2 weeks to keep salt build up from happening. What is your setup, lights, soil, light cycle etc. If you indoor and under a 600w or less I would say the average is like 4 weeks. I grew mine a bit longer since I LST trained them. I stretched them out to about 3' diameter and then let them get almost 2 foot tall before flowering since they will most likely at a minimum double in height. SO that will put my plants at 3-5' tall at end of the flowering cycle wich is plenty since I/m only using a 600w bulb and the light will only be able to penetrate the canopy about 36" or so. My jock horrors are growing under a 350w T5 6 tube fixture. I topped one of them after the second node as an experiment since they are supposed to be auto's. I also this week started adding 1 tbsp of un-sulfured molasses to every watering to help feed the micro organism's in the soil. I have never done molasses before, but I read it makes a significant difference in the end result yield.

Hey everyone, Started the BW's on 12/12 7 days ago as well as adding Tigerbloom and molasses to the nute cycle. I have decided to keep adding grow big to the nute cycle for another 2 weeks even though FF does not suggest it. When I do the math, everything screams out at me that its going to need the nitrogen during the stretch phase and about a week after. I also decide to scrap the scrog as I flush my soil every 2 weeks since I nute at full strength and It was making it a pain in the ass. BW1 is so dam small compared to BW2, so I took no clones from this plant this will be its last life cycle.

But..here are some pics.

BW2 starting to stretch i hope.

BW1 starting to stretch i hope.

Update on the others

Jock Horrors are a weird ass plant, leaves grow in absolute chaos. Bushy as all hell to. Other then that they are doing well but seem to be very sensitive to any changes.
