(Bodhi) Bad seeds or paper towel done wrong?

Kind Sir

So I’ve never had an issue using the paper towel method. I had 5-6 Bodhi sunshine daydream seeds and 2 freebie Agent Orange seeds. I used those blue shop towels, got them damp and stuck them in ziplock bags. I checked on them, but not enough to disturb them. A few started to crack open and you could see the taproot, I eventually just stuck them all in dirty.

a day or two after that 1 agent orange popped up and seems to be doing fine, but im surprised how many didn’t germinate. I’ve never had trouble AND they were Bodhi.

I’m thinking this next couple seeds will go straight to dirt but idk. The surviving plant looks a little odd too. Under T5 Agromax High Output bulbs, in happy frog soil with added perlite.

Does the one leaf look odd because it has trouble getting out of the seed? Plus it’s missing a fan leaf.

My plan was to transplant into BuildASoils Coots mix. I have a lot of soil as I was debating on doing a flower bed, or maby a few big pots. The yellow in the middle is mycelium from a grain jar used to grow magic mushrooms.
