One of my plants is full of female pre flowers but i noticed this before is it a male flower?

I think its a herm bud its full of female hair things, whats the best to do with it? pull off its nuts?

Toss it, you don't want to reck any other plants. Looks like you caught it early. If you grow it you will have more seed than bud.
