Bong water?

I heard bong water was good for plants, is this true? also! i gently rubbed my plants stem with my fingers and smelled them and it smelled amazing? good sign?

Bong water is great for your plants if they are thirsty, just like non bong water is. There isn't anything in the bong water that would hurt your plant.
