Bought a House

well,,,with the interest rates as low as they are,,and people dying for your business,,myself and HoLE'sHoNEY took the plunge,,we been together almost 4 years and decided renting sucks,,the main floor is about 1500 square feet with a full basement below,,,it's a ranch style bungalow,,,I've already put a fancy new roof on it which is not in the pics,,the driveway has been ripped up and is ready to be paved in a week or two,,the lot is about 65 by 125,,guy was askin 320,,got him down to 290,,SOLD,,lol,,has an awesome oversized garage where I have fired up my Homemade Cool Tube cabinet and have 2 clones of Chronic Mass going in there,,was a housewarming gift,,back in the 400 watt club,,anyway,,here's some pics

it is,,I am still in awe at the deal we got ,,the house next door is now up for sale,,it's pretty much my house turned sideways,,there askin 350,,cuz the market is a lil better,,,I could easily make money buy selling,,with a new roof and driveway,,but we are staying,,here is some inside pics of comfy

Congrats man, I'm in the process of trying to do the exact same thing. Gotta come up with the down payment still though. Looks like a nice little setup you've got too. Peace man, TC

thxs Thundercat,,we put down 15,000 ona a price of 290,000,,,our payment we make bi-weekly to help pay it off faster,,so every 2 weeks it costs 620 for the mortgage,,thats 1240 a month,,I was paying 900 for a shitty 2 bedroom apartment that I could not grow in since I got my 2 boys back,,,things are lookin up

I don't know anything but roofing,,,I got a pretty good crew workin for me and things are going real well for me and my Honey and the boys,,,,oh and the girls,,,2 chronic mass clones from a friend as a housewarming gift
