Bract/calyx turning brown? Should i be worried?

This is the start of bud rot??? Or is it just nutrient depleted? Is this gonna be safe to smoke? Hopefully the inside of the buds are not brown..

Very common for the first bracts/caylxes to turn brown, they are the oldest.
