Completely broke off. Dug down and wrapped as best i could

In that case, it's finished, especially at this time of the grow. Hang it to dry and continue on as though it's part of the harvest.

Yea, luckily this was a problem plant.. frost hit it so hard last week and it is way behind. It's in the greenhouse now and if she doesn't pick up, gotta toss her. Nothing really to salvage as she still needs 4 weeks I think to finish

Early on when you don't have any fresh buds, these little miscues are a great excuse to dry a sample bud or three. Later on you will just stick them away to find years later. So if there are any seeds involved, always label well.
